We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.
Lost / Missing Packages
CuteCreepyCyberpunk is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility of the original order that was made for you at no charge. We are not responsible for packages lost by the shipping company/ post office, we can try to help locate them, but beyond that it's out of our hands. We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen mail.
Customs
We are not responsible for any custom fees or delays once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.
TRACKING INFORMATION
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available.
"No Information Available At The Moment"
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will My Items Be Sent in One Package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

Returns/refunds
If you receive a damaged or misprinted product and provide photos, you may request a full refund.
Requests for refunds or exchanges due to ordering the wrong size will be denied (for now, this policy will change in the future to be more lenient) .
Refund requests due to impulse buys/ changed mind will be honored if its within 4 hours of ordering- we are a small business and work as fast as we can to provide our products and once they're made- unless they're damaged we will not offer a refund due to the time spent creating the item. Please ensure you have the spending money for these items- food/water/rent etc comes first!

Refund Timeframe
Funds may take up to 2-3 business days to appear in your bank account.
If a product is damaged or you are unhappy with the product please contact info@cutecreepycyberpunk.store.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable) *at this time we do not accept wrong size orders for returns or exchanges.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We DO NOT accept wrong size items for return or exchange, there are sizing charts provided for each item. Please double check the charts to ensure correct sizing.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
